Possibly the best coffee in Perth. Staff are friendly, Cafe is really clean too. Would definitely recommend

What a fabulous option for the school holidays to keep the kids entertained. I took five children here and found the staff went above and beyond you can honestly tell the owner is an enthusiastic friendly gamer himself. I will most certainly be back soon. Highly recommend it whether your a novice wanting to try it out or a seasoned gamer. Thanks for a wonderful few hours to help celebrate my daughter's birthday.

Had my birthday party here and was a blast! There was a large variety of VR games and my friends and I had a really great time.The staff were informative, friendly and helpful, and it was easy to learn how to set the games up and enjoy them together with my friends.I'd recommend this place for older teens and young adults.

Very friendly and helpful, stayed overnight and had dinner. I am coeliac but eating glutenfree was not a problem at all, the chef was very informed. Thank you!

Awful bed, long overdue for retirement, and no kettle. When I asked for a kettle, I was told they aren't issued because the generator can't handle the load.??? This despite there being a 4-plug power point next to the bed. The kitchen offered hot water from 0600, but I needed to leave at 0530. Luckily, my neighbour, who'd stayed there before, brought his own kettle, and sorted me out. Considering the relative room price, if you have an option, take it.

Honestly expected it to be cleaner...The desk was covered in dust, crumbs, and rubbish.The monitor had finger prints and smudges.The mouse pad was actually disgusting, felt real gross touching it.The whole store just needed to be cleaned.I don't think it would be very hard to do basic daily cleaning... especially when the staff are just on their phones behind the counter the entire 3 hours I was there.The computer did the job, but not very well. Had to lower my graphics settings for the game, because the computer just couldn't handle it. Headphones were extremely uncomfortable and low quality.I didn't have any problem with the customer service though. Really nice people.Don't normally visit these cafes as I've got my own CLEAN set up at home, but I've been without internet for the past 3 weeks so I desperately wanted to play some games.Conclusion, they could honestly do better.

This place is fantastic! The staff are awesome and super helpful. The PC's are great and internet is very impressive. They also do great affordable snack food like pizza and nuggets. Can't wait to go back!

Chris was absolutely amazing . He detected my problem and discussed all to me. As I am computer nobody understand very little. He was so patient and showed and explained to me the problem,the solution, thenfollowed up to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the results.Certainly am, totally recommend PC Madness, used then in the past and definitely again in the future.Good work, reasonable price.
